Unbottled is a talented collection of young musicians from Chinook High School’s Rock and Pop program. All currently in Grade 10, they’ve been performing together for two years. This group doesn’t shy away from complexity—they specialize in technically demanding progressive rock, covering challenging pieces by bands like Rush and Tool with impressive skill. They’re also well-versed in ’90s rock favorites, regularly performing songs by Pearl Jam and Weezer, along with showcasing some outstanding original material.

The Rose Ceremony has been a special part of the Dragon Boat Festival. Women who are breast cancer survivors walk to the peninsula on Henderson Lake (by the concession (near the Kids Zone and Stage) after the C Cup race. As they walk to the peninsula, they are given a rose. The President of ‘Breast of ‘Bridge will say a few words. “The Rose” is sung and rose petals are tossed into the Lake. It is a very touching ceremony that will be performed by TBA.
